SHIPPING
ALL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.
Shipping is generally by UPS unless otherwise requested. UPS cannot ship to PO boxes; please supply a street address with your order. Expedited shipping (overnight, 2-day, etc) is available at cost.
All damaged or missing items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving package.
Shipping Times: Priority: 5-7 days Overnight/Next Day
Orders received before 2:00 PM CST will be shipped same day. Orders after 2:00 PM CST will be shipped the next business day
SHIPPING YOUR ITEMS BACK TO US
We hope you’ll be thrilled with your purchase, but in the event you’re not, you may return it provided the following….
- 1. You must notify us at sales@theroyalswan with 24 hours of receipt of your intent to return your item(s)
- 2. You must ship your return back to us within 2 business days of receipt, no exceptions.
- 3. Item must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging.
- 4. Item must be shipped, prepaid, in the original shipping box in which it was received – no padded envelopes or gift boxes. We suggest you insure your return, as we cannot be responsible for damage incurred during transit.
When we receive your items back in new and unworn condition, your account will be credited, less shipping. You are responsible for return shipping. Items returned with signs of wear will be returned to purchaser and no refund will be given. If you paid by Paypal, your refund will be made via Paypal. If you paid with a check, a check will be mailed to you within 10 business days.
